In 1978 Johnny Rotten had told "i'm sick to sing the same songs all over i want to do something different".....and left Sex Pistols and started new band Public Image Ltd...completely changed musical direction to post-punk and dark wave...and having already some songs ready PIL released the first album in 1978.....LTD
