One more top group from Australia,formed in Sydney in 1980 by volalist Christina Amphlett and guitarist Mark McEntee...At the beginning started as Pub Rock band and in this debut album you can find some of this sounds....General Divinyls was one New Wave Pop/Rock band....Christina Amphlett at live perfomances of Divinyls she used to do some extreme appearances on the stylistic choices..
For Example:Dressed a school "costume" influenced by Angus Young one style who had adopted....
Divinyls in 80's had a great success and more successful song from 1991 was I Touch My Self.......
